FAQ

What will I receive at the end?

You will receive a file in MOV and MP4 format and in a resolution of 1920×1080. Our visuals are created at 23,976 FPS, if you need a special FPS, be sure to add it as an Extra in your order (no additional cost).

Do you send me the Project file?

Yes, just make sure to add it as an Extra in your order. Keep in mind that we use different tools for the development of each piece and you must have them installed to be able to open the File correctly (plugins or software used in the project are not included).

I have an audio Intro, can you create the logo animation and synchronize it with my audio file?

Of course, we study your audio file beforehand to make sure it meets some parameters. And ready !
