What must I get ready before placing my order?

You must submit a file of your current logo (in AI, PSD, or high-resolution PNG with transparent backdrop).
Also, please specify your preferences for the animation.
There will be additional fees if you request a custom animation that requires a different stance for your logo and a different custom background.

What happens if I have no logo? Can you also design a logo for me for this gig?

Absolutely, we can design a logo specifically for you. Orders for the Esport logo gigs should therefore be placed first. If you already have a logo, you can order this animation gig right away:) Alternatively, if you let us know through your inbox, we’ll send you a separate offer for the logo.

Do you design a unique background or graphic (drawing) for the animation? Can you make a 3D animation for me?

We exclusively produce in the style of 2D animation. Also, there will be additional fees if you require additional unique drawings for the background or for the various positions of your brand mascot.

How much time does it last? How long might I need?

Depending on the package you select (please kindly check package description). There will be an additional charge if you need a longer and more intricate animation.

Does the listed price include audio or sound effects?

It will have sound effects for the basic and premium packages. Nevertheless, sound effects will cost an extra $10 for the basic bundle.

Do you offer any source files, like as PSD or AEP files?

We don’t offer any source files for animations because we use some premium plugins that aren’t available in regular software.

What if the delivery doesn’t meet my expectations?

Tell us EVERYTHING you think we can do better. You may make as many modifications as you’d like before accepting the order. Nevertheless, it does not cover altering your original concept or starting again in the middle of the project. If you’re still unsatisfied, we’ll refund your money!
