What is required to begin the order?

Text and a tagline must be used. • A brief description of your firm; • Any ideas you may have; • Your preferred colors, if any; • The main message you want your logo to express; • Samples of related logos.

What is Included in the Basic Package?

You will receive 1 unique cartoon/character/caricature logo for 1 person, created from your idea or an example, in addition to the source files in vector ai and transparency PNG.

How many cartoons, characters, or mascots are included in the PREMIUM & STANDARD Packages for each logo?

You will only receive one Mascot, character, or cartoon for a single Mascot logo.
NOTE:- It will cost more if your logo request included more than one character or cartoon.

What are vector source files and where are they used?

The source file for your logo in a fully scalable format is called a vector file.
With the aid of Adobe Illustrator, you can resize the logo to any resolution without losing any quality. Professional printers utilize it for printing, and you can preserve it as a copyright proof as well.

How many vector and high-resolution files are included in the standard and premium packages?

You will receive one of the best designs’ vector files in the standard package, and one of the best designs’ vector files plus one high-resolution file in the premium package.

Describe revision.

You can request minor changes after we deliver the design in accordance with the information you provided.

That’s what revision is.
Nevertheless, once we deliver, if you request a NEW design or version based on your NEW IDEA or EXAMPLE, it will be at an ADDITIONAL cost and not qualify as a revision.

Refund Procedure

There won’t be any refunds after you receive the delivery of the design created by us.

Please refrain from using requests for free additional designs as a kind of blackmail in order to obtain a refund; instead, new designs that differ from those detailed in the initial instructions will incur additional fees.

Work on revisions for one or more designs?

Yes, you are permitted to request revisions for multiple logos, but each revision will count as one revision for each logo.

Hence, if you request a revision for 4 different package logos, it will count as 4 revisions.

Amount of Mascots in a STANDARD Package OR at a Pricing Per Mascot ( mascot Package )

If your request contains more than one mascot or cartoon, it will cost more money depending on how many mascots or cartoons are included in the request. We do one person’s or one entity’s mascot or cartoon for the price of one mascot, and the same is true for the standard package.
