PRODUCT: Have “Film Ready” App, Screenshots, TestFlight, Code, Link, Mockups, Prototypes, Product, etc. If your product doesn’t work, it may delay your order or cost additional for re-shoots. For ALL physical products, you will need to send us the product.

TALENT: Our actors/crew are paid for each shoot. Tell us all the details when ordering. Per Fiverr’s TOS, if you don’t like the delivery for subjective reasons or you gave us the wrong info, there may be additional fees to re-shoot.

How many actors do I get, and what kind?

We use the actors from the gig video. Three actors are included in the price. We can’t promise a certain actor because of the erratic nature of actors’ schedules. At an extra fee, we provide bespoke casting. Visit this website to learn more: fiverrvideos.com/wiki

What environments or settings do I get?

In the aforementioned movies, you may see examples of base price in the outdoor, coffee shop, office, home, and other typical settings. There would be an additional cost if you required a specific location or nighttime filming. Find out more here: http://fiverrvideos.com/wiki

Can I participate in the video shoot or be on the set during it?

Sadly, our policy prohibits clients from appearing in videos or on set because of our short deadlines. To keep things moving quickly, we hire trained actors and staff for each of our movies. We cannot afford to have clients present because it would slow down production.

When the video is finished, what do you do with it?

We reserve the right to use any video we create as a work sample solely on our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and other social media platforms. By placing an order, you accept this. We will remove the video as soon as we can if you request it to be removed after we publish it, so just let us know.

What about the video’s copyright and usage?

You do not purchase the entire copyright. You are purchasing a limited-use license for video production. In other words, you can publish it online. What if I’ve previously written a script?

Please email a script if you have one before placing your purchase. We still charge for the scriptwriting service because of how this gig operates, therefore we advise making use of it! If not, we can analyze and modify your script as necessary to produce the finest possible video.

What if I want a video that is more than 30 seconds long?

We charge for 30-second commercials. See our other gig if you require a video that is longer than 30 seconds; we can produce one for you there!

Can I obtain the project files or the footage?

We provide entire video production. We don’t offer project files, individual video/audio files, or raw video footage. We also do all post-production. All of our projects are archived, so if you ever need a quick patch or edit, we should be able to provide that for you without charging you.

A video’s orientation and format

Since MP4 is the ideal format for online upload, we give videos in full HD. We will offer the main video ad for this job in all orientations, including square, vertical, and horizontal. We charge extra for 4K videos if you require them.
