Provide voiceover services?

Only the “Premium” listing offers voiceover. It costs an extra $150 on the other bundles. A typical young-middle-aged male or female voice from North America can be found on our list. Send us a mail if you need something more particular!

How can I send my product(s) to you?

The things you want to have filmed must be purchased by you and shipped to our Vancouver, Canada location. Please be aware that if there are DUTIES or TAXES, we kindly ask that you pay them before or after your item is shipped, and we reserve the right to request refund if we have to pay them in order to get your product.

Can more than one product be filmed for a video?

Only one SKU per video is covered in our listing. If a product has different features from another, it must be documented in a different video. We are happy to shoot the same product in different colors and sizes. We provide discounts of between 10 and 35 percent if you want to shoot more than three videos.

Do you accept returns for items once the video has been sent?

Absolutely, but only if the products come with a return shipping label. Please be aware that if your products are consumable (food/drink) or entail heavy usage, there is no guarantee they will be returned in usable or resellable condition (construction tools, etc.)

Do you create animated logos or graphic overlays?

In the Professional and Prestige listings, only. Please get in touch with us in advance and choose the Premium listing if you need significant effects (touch-ups on product flaws, post-production color changes, or more kinematic/dynamic logo animation).

Do you grant complete copyright and usage?

All of our videos have permission to be used on paid web channels exclusively. Mainly for Facebook or Google advertisements, Shopify listings, and Amazon and Shopify listings. Please get in touch with us in advance if you need broadcast rights or raw video as this might greatly increase the production cost.

Do you create 3D product graphics or animation?

Absolutely, but only if you can give us an excellent.obj file of your product. The extra cost for this must be quoted specifically for your needs and is determined on the intricacy of your product, although it typically starts at $700 for 5 seconds of 3D animation.

Do you also photograph products?

Sorry, we do not, sadly, offer product photography. We can recommend a local agency if you are sending us your product and would want a local photographer to photograph it as well; however, you will need to discuss price and deliverables individually with them.
