FAQ

Can you create custom illustrations/animations/characters?

No. I do these videos by selecting relevant images from my royalty free stock library to go along with a text script, and/or I can use some exact images provided to me.
Video/Animations are based on my style, imagination & library of professional images.

Can you work from a storyboard?

If the storyboard requires custom, specific or complex images to be created: No.
If the storyboard includes some exact image files that I can use within the video: Yes.

How do you offer Full Commercial Rights to the Video?

Commercial rights allow you to use the video anywhere you like. I have a Subscription which allows 3rd Party Resell Rights. Included with ANY package, you will have Full Commercial Rights to the Video I produce at NO EXTRA COST. Some sellers neglect to mention this or charge extra for it.

What voice over options do you have?

Default is my American Female voice over as heard in my very first sample. Male Voice in American accent is available on request. You must let me know when placing an order if you require a different gender and/or accent. Thanks!

Can you create a longer video?

I can take on videos of about 2-3 minutes max in length, feel free to contact me to see if I can handle your project!

What is your revision policy?

If I’ve made an error, I can of course fix that for you included with your order. If a change needs to be made that isn’t my fault, 3 minor edits are included (like a text or image change). Further edits are $5 per 3 minor edits. I typically deliver updated files within 2 days of the request.
